SHOP POLICIES
PAYMENT
We accept Visa (credit and debit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards), American Express, PayPal, Discover, Apple Pay,Google Pay
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed and delivered on Friday, and are mailed from Portugal with CTT standard mail.
We offer international shipping. Delivery time may depend on your location.
We strive to ship your order as soon as possible. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for delays in postal services.
All orders are sent by registered mail.
Delivery times:
Portugal - 5-8 working days
Europe: 8-15 working days
Rest of the world - 15-30 working days
The customer is responsible for paying for re-shipping in case the order is returned to us for not having picked it up in time or having entered the address information incorrectly.
Please make sure you entered your correct address when you place an order.
PRE-ORDERS
A Pre-order is an item that has not yet come into stock, but you can pre-purchase it to secure your piece. Pre-orders are generally paid upfront 100% and are then shipped out to you as soon as they arrive without you having to do anything further.
If you ordered a pre-order item with additional items, everything will ship together once your preordered item is in stock.
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
We are doing our best to make sure everything is perfect, but if there is a problem with your order, please contact us, and we can resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Items can be returned with a full refund, not including return shipping, within 14 days of receipt. The products must not be used, in its original condition of resale. Products that are not in the above-stated conditions are not eligible for return. Please contact us, and we will send instructions to start the return process. Customers must pay for return shipping. As soon as we receive the products, we will make a refund.
If you are interested in an exchange, contact us to set up everything. Customers must pay for return shipping. Please note that custom items and pre-orders cannot be refunded or replaced. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before purchasing.
Sometimes, items can be damaged during shipping. If this happens to your packaging, provide a photo of the item and the packaging showing the damage. This way, we can take further actions on the problem.
Please, understand that refunds or replacements are not considered in any following situations:
Incorrect address information provided by the customer
The order was not picked up by the customer
The customer did not claim the order within 30 days.
The parcel was not delivered due to post office delays.
